The fine print
The record and the FAQ.
Compliance is not a separate annex. It is built into every referral record: consent, routing, contact window, and suppression. Below it are the eight questions that matter. The pitch lives on the main page.
Compliance, merged into the record
The record is the compliance.
PSL does not keep a separate policy layer and hope the work matches it. Every referral record carries the proof: who consented, who received it, when contact was allowed, and whether suppression applied.

Questions
Asked by dealers, agents, and compliance officers.
Is PSL selling insurance?
No. PSL is a referral and routing platform. It never quotes, shops carriers, selects coverage, or gives insurance advice. Licensed producers at the agency named in the consent, a broker, do all of that. The line is the business model, not a disclaimer.
How is the dealership paid, and is that legal?
The store earns a flat fee per delivered referral, paid on the referral alone, never tied to a quote, a bind, or a renewal. Louisiana’s referral statute (R.S. 22:1598) was amended effective August 1, 2026; PSL’s flat-fee structure and written partner terms are built on the current text, and the pilot’s regulatory questions go to the Department of Insurance directly.
Who contacts the buyer, and from what number?
A licensed producer at the agency named in the consent, from the agency’s own registered line. Carriers bar third-party lead-gen texting and consent passed between companies, so PSL never messages buyers and never lends its name to a campaign.
What does F&I actually get back, just proof of contact?
The bound policy’s documents: binder, proof of insurance, and policy documents, vehicle and lienholder correct, sent by the agency straight to the dealership for the deal jacket. Delivery is not delayed and funding does not wait on paperwork.
What does the buyer actually agree to?
To be contacted by one named agency, a broker, about insurance for the vehicle they just bought. That is the entire consent. No carrier receives their information from PSL; the agency shops carriers on the customer’s behalf, the way a broker works for any client. The disclosure states the introduction is optional, and its exact wording is stored with the record.
Is the payment bump just payment packing with a new name?
No, the opposite. Packing hides costs inside a payment. The bump starts from a real, placed premium the customer can see, set beside what they had budgeted. Payment and premium stay two separate, visible numbers, and the customer decides where any saving goes. Nothing is estimated into a deal before the agency finds it.
When can the agency call or text?
Inside Louisiana’s windows: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., never Sundays or legal holidays, per the Public Service Commission’s do-not-call order. A consent captured Saturday night at 8:40 routes Monday morning. The record shows both timestamps.
What happens when a buyer says stop?
Contact ends, everywhere, immediately. STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and any other reasonable wording all count, and the number joins a platform-wide suppression list that outlives any campaign.
